Cinderella Ending offers a wide variety of planning packages, perfect for any budget and need! However, if you don’t see something that fits your needs, please contact us. To reserve your service, a deposit of 40% must be made. Another 40% must be paid from the date of deposit to six months out from the wedding, and the remaining 20% must be two weeks before the event. For example, for the Premium Wedding Planning, you would have to pay $1,600 to reserve your date and services. From that time until six months before the wedding you will need to pay another $1,600. Two weeks before the wedding, you will pay the remainder of $800. Deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Hourly Advice: $50/hour
This package is geared towards the bride who just needs a bit of help, but wants to handle 95% of her wedding on her own. Our flat rate of $50 an hour ensures that you only receive the help you need, when you need it. We can give advice on any area of wedding planning, go to vendor appointments with you, research venues and vendors, help you put together invitations, or anything else you may need! Payment must be received in full before you can reserve your time. These are not refundable, but they can be rescheduled up to three times.
Wedding Day Coordination: Begins at $500
A Wedding Day Coordinator is a necessity so that everyone, especially you, the bride, can relax and enjoy the most precious moments you’ve been working toward. Also known as ‘Month-of’ Coordination, this service begins 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding date and is available to secure your date 4 months in advance. At the 4-month mark (or as soon as you book), we can give you vendor recommendations for anything you’ve not secured yet. With our check list in-hand, you’ll be ready to complete your final tasks. We’ll re-group for a Detail Planning Meeting, where we put together your wedding timeline, ceremony logistics and more. In the final month, we fully take over vendor communication and tie up all loose ends. We then conduct your rehearsal and wedding day from start to finish, Emergency Kit in hand.
Partial Wedding Planning: Begins at $800
With our Partial Wedding Planning, we act as your support system. Service begins right away and we secure your date up to 18 months out. You’ll be given a detailed wedding Task List and Budget spreadsheet. We hold you accountable for tasks and help you set the overall budget. Using our spreadsheets, you can monitor your payments and progress. We will hand-pick all vendor recommendations, based on your unique wedding style and budget, and help set meetings, review contracts and get them booked. We also happily answer any and all etiquette questions throughout it all. Wedding Day Coordination included.
Premium Wedding Planning: Begins at $1,000
With our Premium Wedding Planning, we hold your hand through each and every detail; you simply show up and enjoy. Service begins right away and we secure your date up to 18 months out. Creative wedding ideas, design advice and inspiration are part of Premium Wedding Planning. We update and maintain your wedding Task List and Budget and even send you payment reminders. Along with hand-picked wedding vendor recommendations, we attend each scouting meeting with you and help make each detailed decision throughout the wedding planning process. Wedding Day Coordination included.
Out of Area/Destination Weddings:
Destination weddings are any event four hours away from zip code 76262 in Dallas/Ft. Worth. Additional fees for this include, but are not limited to, travel, hotel and local transportation expenses. If the wedding is more than four hours away, a flight is required. For weddings more than eight hours one-way with one layover, there is an additional travel fee of $100. For weddings ten hours away with more then one layover, the additional travel fee is $200. Hotel stays of two or three nights will be required. Depending on logistics of events, a rental car may also be required.
